Jennifer Tsai

Head of Client Service & Operations

Ms. Tsai joined City National Rochdale in 2016 and has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She currently serves as the Head of Client Service and Operations including the new accounts, performance, billing and trading teams. In this role, she works closely with business heads and advisors to deliver superior and consistent execution of our operational functions.

Prior to joining CNR, Ms. Tsai worked at Goldman Sachs within their Asset Management division’s Strategic Client Services team. Before GSAM, she spent several years at JPMorgan in various roles including sales strategy development for the Commercial Bank’s BBD (Banks & Broker-Dealers) team and product management at JPMorgan Securities. Earlier in her career, Ms. Tsai was a campus recruiter at Merrill Lynch with a focus on diversity & inclusion for the Global Markets & Investment Banking Division. She also worked in Regulatory Affairs at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Worldwide.

Ms. Tsai received her Masters of Business Administration from the Stern School of Business at New York University. She earned her undergraduate degree in three years from the University of Pennsylvania where she was a Benjamin Franklin Honors Program scholar. Ms. Tsai enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends, and loves cooking and chasing around her two young sons.
