Mr. Zhou joined City National Rochdale in 2005. He is responsible for developing quantitative models and risk management framework. He works with Portfolio Managers and Senior Investment Consultants on client portfolio optimization, transition, tax as well risk management. Mr. Zhou also provides asset allocation analysis and recommendations for the investment strategy committee.
Previously, Mr. Zhou was Quantitative Analyst at Citigroup Asset Management.
Mr. Zhou received his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and MBA from Peking University and his M.Sc. in Finance from Fairfield University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
